Purpose : To report a rare presentation of lympho-vascular malformation Methods : A 42year old female patient presented with protrusion of left eye with restriction of ocular movements and diminution of vision since 4months. On examination facial asymmetry with axial proptosis of left eye seen. On Contrast enhanced CT imaging revealed well defined lobulated soft tissue attenuating lesion in intra conal compartment of left retrobulbar region likely of lympho-vascular malformation Results: Anterior orbitotomy done through lateral approach and excision biopsy was sent for HPE which was suggestive of cavernous hemangioma . Conclusion : Our case highlights importance of keeping differential diagnosis of cavernous hemangioma in cases of lympho-vascular malformation.
